The last couple of moonrises have really been something. Forgive me for not writing much lately, but going to work before dawn every day and working hard on/at the restaurant has tired me out more than I imagined it would. Nonetheless, I have had to whip out the camera at sunrise and sunset when the colors have inspired me. I didn't have a tripod for the moon rise photos, so they may be a bit soft...
The first couple of photos are just after sunrise on Saturday, then Saturday night's moonrise, then Sunday night's moonrise. As I typed the title for this entry, I thought about where these names came from, and it meant a little more to me...

Very thoughtful images. All your sequences are. Could they, in their ways, be Rorchach(sp?) images?
And these of moons,
what with their titles
do they say to you?
Developing nicely.....and powerfully. Love the second image from the top where you can just see the reflection of the moon (or is that the sun?) in the water and just make it out through the clouds. It would be lovely to see these as an installation or printed somewhere. They have a soothing effect. settling, balancing and yet just a hint of mystery and excitement which makes the heart smile.......
